This application is for Certifying Exam Eligibility.  Application is due by August 15.  Candidates will be notified of eligibility no later than September 25.  Eligible candidates must submit written project reports no later than October 1.

Dental Public Health (DPH) is one of the dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA). The American Board of Dental Public Health (ABDPH) is the certifying board for dental public health specialists.
